A builder of communities and super connector at heart as mentioned in OMagazine SA, bringing people together for the greater good is Kave’s core purpose in life.
Prior to starting her ventures Kave built an exceptional career in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and DEIB with some of Europes leading technology companies such as SmartRecruiters, Pitch Software, Zalando, N26, CareerFoundry, and hibooks.
With an educational background in Organisational Psychology, Gender Studies and Public Management Kave is a humanist at heart whose work experience cross-cut between the private and non-profit sector and has influenced her interest in impact driven businesses, technology, leadership, people development, and diversity and inclusion.
