Rhiane Fatinikun. She is the founder of Black Girls Hike, a non-profit organisation, that promotes inclusivity in the outdoors.
Rhiane is committed to breaking down barriers, broadening horizons and empowering women to get outside their comfort zones.
Her vision is to increase the participation and development of Black women in the outdoors, and opportunities to engage. Working with the wider outdoor industry to meet the needs of our community and tackling the lack of inclusion and representation.
